For their Learning & Development team, we created a masterclass series to help leaders within St. James’s Place build psychologically safe workplaces. Working collaboratively with Penny, Leadership & Talent Development Consultant, we helped design the workshop content and structure, then built a custom set in our studio for her to deliver it in real time to SJP employees.
This allowed us to capture genuine discussions, practical exercises, and to-camera insights that felt authentic and relatable. The finished boxset was launched internally with a teaser trailer, giving leaders across the business tools and strategies to foster trust, openness, and collaboration.
